Shahriar Rohani (Shariar Rohani) is on trial for Tortious Business Practices and Conspiracy to Commit Fraud. Shahriar Rohani has conspired and aided and abetted his brother Anoushiravan Rohani (Anoushirvan Rohani)in illicitly withholding music of a pioneer Iranian singer, Roohbakhsh. Anoushiravan and Shahriar also face allegations of wrongful death in connection with this matter.
To avoid liability, Shahriar Rohani and an attorney retained by Anoushiravan, Dominic K. Afzali, have resorted to shameless lies and outrageous tactics such as purjury under oath, denying that Anoushiravan Rohani has ever lived in or visited United States. They also deny that Anoushiravan has any contacts with either of them. Furthrmore, Shahriar Rohani tries to mask his homosexuality which he used as a tool in committing fraud, an underlying element of this civil action.
